Caring Touch Community is a dedicated support provider including NDIS serving Lake Macquarie/Newcastle and Central Coast. We specialise in person‑centered care — combining practical help, emotional support, and encouragement to foster independence, confidence, and meaningful community ties. How it works

Initial Contact & Consultation Call us or fill out the form. We’ll arrange a time to meet, learn about you, your needs, and goals. Assessment & Care Plan We work together to develop your personalized support plan, including which services you want, frequency, and priorities. Care Team & Scheduling We assign care staff experienced in your needs, and schedule visits around your routine. Service Delivery & Monitoring Staff deliver services, and we review progress regularly. You’re always involved in decisions and adjustments. Ongoing Review & Adaptation As your goals or needs change, we revisit your plan together and adapt your supports.

Nurse/Midwife
I’m Louisa – a passionate, UK-trained community nurse, midwife, and all-ages support care provider with over 20 years of experience helping people feel safe, supported, and truly cared for.
After starting my career in the UK, I moved to Australia 12 years ago and have been proudly serving local communities ever since. From newborns to the elderly, my approach is always grounded in compassion, respect, and a deep understanding of each person’s unique journey.
I believe that care isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether I’m supporting new parents, assisting individuals with complex needs, or simply offering a listening ear, my goal is to bring comfort, confidence, and connection to every home I visit.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mum of three, and you’ll often find me soaking up time with my family, chasing a good workout, or recharging in nature.
